By December 2027, an empty place in Italy belongs to ten people.
No association. No community space. Ownership.
01 — The goal
We buy places that stand empty and turn them into places where people live and work.
There are houses, farms, and villages everywhere without people. At the same time there are people without a place. We bring the two together — not as a project, but as ownership. The first place is in Italy.

Seed · running today
A studio in Berlin.
A multidisciplinary room in Berlin-Wedding. Practitioners, curation, programme. Fast to open, direct revenue — this is where we learn the model in practice. Berlin has to work before anything else works.
Bloom · from 2027
A place in Italy.
Land, water, buildings. Acquired by ten people who own it together and develop it over years. Living, working, producing. A second place follows only once the first one holds.
03 — The Founding Circle
Ten people. Five roles. One place.
The Founding Circle acquires and carries the first place. Admission is by invitation following an application. I choose who joins. What it becomes, we decide together.
Capital
Brings liquidity and thinks in decades, not quarters.
Building
Architecture, craft, permaculture. Creates value through work.
Operations
Runs the place day to day, when nobody is watching.
Place
Language, authorities, neighbourhood. Without this role it fails.
Curation
Decides who comes, how it looks, what it means.
