A room, held by the people who use it.

The concept

Three doors.
One circle.

369 is a concept for a whole life — a system for how a person relates to their work, to a place, and to the people around them. It holds three movements: receiving, giving, holding.

Three doors on one circle · the centre is where all three meet · the movement runs 3 → 6 → 9 → 3

3 · Being

What you take in. Rest, attention, learning, a meal, a room, other people.

6 · Becoming

What you give. Work, care, craft — the thing that carries your name.

9 · Belonging

What holds it together. Home, relationships, routines, a place that lasts.

Cycles, not levels

Every layer is a valid entry point.

You enter wherever your life already stands. Someone who needs a room enters at 3. Someone whose craft is ready enters at 6. Someone with a place and a long horizon enters at 9. Every door opens into the same circle.

Why it moves in a circle

Receiving fills you. Giving carries you outward. Holding gives the whole thing a form that lasts — and returns you to receiving.

Each movement feeds the next. A person who keeps circling stays whole, and a system that lets people circle stays alive. You are always in one of the three — and which one it is, changes.

3
BEING — Receiving

You are allowed to arrive with nothing.

What the movement is

Receiving is the movement of taking in — attention, care, a meal, a practice, a room, other people. Every life begins here, and returns here more often than we admit.

Why it is a safe container

In most rooms you have to be someone: justify why you are there, be useful before you are welcome. Being takes that away. Presence is enough.

That is the safety — you owe nothing, so you can be honest. A person who has to earn their place will manage their image. A person who does not, will tell you the truth.

Why a whole system needs it

You can only give from what you have. Receiving is the ground the other two movements stand on — it is what makes giving generous instead of costly, and it is what people come back to when a season of work ends.

When you are in it

After a loss. After a move. After a long stretch of giving. Or simply because something made you curious and you went.

Where it leads

When you have received long enough, something in you wants to give back. That is 6 — and it arrives on its own.

6
BECOMING — Giving

Your work needs a room it doesn't have to build.

What the movement is

Giving is the movement of putting something into the world that carries your name — a craft, a practice, a session, a piece of work, care for another person.

Why it is a safe container

Giving makes you dependent on being received. Alone, that means you build the room, find the people, hold the frame and carry the risk — and only then do the actual work.

Becoming separates those two things. The frame is held by someone else, so what you bring is the work itself. That is the safety: the frame keeps standing, whatever a single evening does.

Why a whole system needs it

Skill grows in public. Giving is where a craft meets people, gets answered, and becomes sharper than it could ever get alone. A system that carries the room, the calendar and the reach gives that movement space to repeat — weekly, monthly, for years.

When you are in it

When you have something that works and it needs to reach people. When your craft is ready before your reach is.

Where it leads

Work that is received wants to last. The wish to hold something together with others — that is 9.

9
BELONGING — Holding

The step from working alone to working as a body.

What the movement is

Holding is the movement of taking responsibility for something that outlasts your own participation — a place, a structure, a frame that other people can walk into.

Why it is a safe container

Duration is the hardest thing to carry: you commit before you know the outcome. Holding distributes that — several people carry one thing, the model has already been tested elsewhere, and what you bring is your place and your work, not the whole design.

You keep your own work when you belong. You bring your room, your craft, your people. The frame brings a model that already runs, and others who are holding too.

Why a whole system needs it

Holding is what turns individual work into collective work. It gives you something that keeps standing when you are not in it — a place that can be shared, opened to others, and passed on. That is the difference between working alone and working as a body.

When you are in it

When you have a place, or people, or a long horizon — and you are ready to build it with others.

Where it leads

Back to receiving. The people who hold best are the ones who still sit down as guests — and the circle starts again.

What this is for

Rents rise. Rooms close.

The people who make a city worth living in are the first to be priced out. Artists, therapists, teachers, makers — the ones whose work needs a room and whose income rarely covers one.

Independence gives you a room for exactly as long as you can pay for it alone. That is the part of the model that breaks first.

369 answers that with ownership instead of rent, and with a circle instead of a career. The room is carried by the people who use it, across all three movements — those who come, those who bring something, and those who hold it.

One room in Wedding is the proof. More of them is the work.

How it grows

Seed and bloom.

Now · Berlin

SEED

The urban node. A studio in the city, fast to open and able to carry itself — 85 m² in Wedding, where all three movements happen in one week: an evening you come to, a practice someone brings, a room a group holds.

Next · in nature

BLOOM

The living node. Land and buildings outside the city, where the same three movements get time instead of hours — longer stays, slower work, growing things. Seed pays for itself. Bloom is what seed grows into.

One room, in practice

One room. Three movements.

This is that room. 85 m² in Berlin-Wedding, drawn as it will actually be used. The three movements are not three buildings — they are three zones of one floor, used within the same week. This is what makes the concept testable at the smallest possible scale.

3 · Being — receiving

6 · Becoming — giving

9 · Belonging — holding

The codex

The ground we share.

This codex keeps the space soft, clear and real — a free zone where people can breathe, meet and create. We are human. We come with history, patterns and blind spots, and we learn as we go. The codex helps us stay connected when things get tender, intense or unclear. Think of it as a protective container, so freedom stays spacious and the field stays clean.

01consent + boundaries

Consent keeps trust simple. We ask before we enter someone's space — with the body, with emotions, and online. Boundaries are respected as complete information. A yes can shift as feelings and needs change. Privacy is held with care, and sharing happens through clear permission.

02transparency

Clarity builds trust. Roles are named, agreements are understood, and decisions are communicated in time. Money is handled with openness and clean structure, so the collective can relax. Transparency keeps the space calm, aligned and stable.

03clean influence

We keep power clean and intentions clear. Influence belongs to being human from the very beginning — we shape each other through signals, presence and relationship. We use it for care, clarity and growth. We stand for peace. We walk with the light.

04regeneration first

We build in a way that nourishes people and place. Rest, rhythm and integration belong to the process. We care for land, resources and energy with a long view. The work stays sustainable when life stays supported.

05radical respect

Respect is the baseline. We meet each other as equals, across cultures, identities, beliefs and life stories. We speak with dignity, especially in tension. We keep the room free of humiliation, exclusion and subtle violence. Everyone can feel safe to be here as they are.

06responsibility

We take ownership of our impact. When something we do lands poorly, creates confusion or causes harm, we stay present. We listen, we acknowledge, and we take a real next step. Repair is part of the culture. Learning stays welcome.

07collaboration over ego

We choose the shared outcome. We contribute, we listen, and we make space for each other's strength. Credit is shared. Workload is shared. Feedback is offered with care and received with maturity. The project stays bigger than personal status, so the collective can grow cleanly.
