The Wind has a Body — an exhibition by Alina Lutz

About this event

The intangible asks something different of us — presence instead of attachment, surrender instead of control, humility before what cannot be held. These works emerged in dialogue with the wind, during a self-organized residency on the Aeolian Islands*. Wind appears here as a counterpart — one that touches us, moves us, reminds us, and withdraws again in the same instant. In this encounter, we are thrown back on ourselves. Like a memory — the breath of long-past days on skin, gone again the next moment. This work serves as an impulse: to reach toward the intangible, the fleeting — and to question our own relationship to it. We invite you to come to the studio and take your time to linger — enjoy a drink, a conversation, music, a passing scent. The space is open for encounters of depth and lightness. Schedule Thursday (opening event) — official opening 7–10 pm, with an Ambient Set by Bellamy Friday — open 5–9 pm Saturday — Tattoo Ceremony 1–4 pm (get your ticket) — open 5–9 pm Sunday — Closing Ceremony 4–5 pm (get your ticket) — open 5–9 pm Alina Lutz is a multidisciplinary Berlin based artist, that merges art and mindfulness. Her work deals with transformation, liminality, and aims to deepen perception. More about her here: https://alinalutz.de/ *The Aeolian Islands are named after Aiolos, god of the wind.
