The Art of Transition
A Holistic Halloween Dinner Experience
A special Halloween community dinner that brings together seasonal food, preparing together, movement, encounter and a small closing ritual. We celebrate the passage from vivid autumn into the darker, quieter season. The atmosphere: whimsical, dark botanical, candlelit. Playful, a little enchanted and lovingly curated. Every guest comes in costume, any theme.
Come in costume. Bring your whimsy.

The story of the menu
From sharing table to Late Autumn Jook
We begin with a colourful, Mediterranean-inspired sharing table and move towards a warm, soothing and nourishing Late Autumn Jook. In TCM, autumn is associated with the metal element and the lungs, a season of gathering and letting go. Our congee takes up this tradition with warming ginger, leek, chestnuts, shiitake and bai he. These dried lily bulbs have been used in Chinese herbal tradition for around 2,000 years. Herbs, seasonal produce, fermented onions, olive oil, mushrooms, walnuts and sardines bring the modern longevity idea to the menu, together with mindful eating and community.
