Withdrawal

Last updated: October 2026. Information for consumers on the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal applies to contracts with consumers for services without a fixed date, for example a voucher. It does not apply to leisure services with a fixed date, such as an event ticket or a studio booking for a stated date (Section 312g(2) no. 9 German Civil Code).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alessandro Behl Zanda (3-6-9.studio), Triftstraße 55, 13353 Berlin, Germany, [email protected]) of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the period ends.

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments we received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we received your notice. We use the same means of payment you used, unless we agree otherwise. You pay no fee for the reimbursement.

If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you pay a reasonable amount for what has been provided until you told us about the withdrawal, in proportion to the full service.
