Last updated: October 2026. How we handle photos and videos at the studio.

We show what happens in the studio: dinners, ceremonies, exhibitions, workshops and the people who use the room. The pictures appear on this website and on our channels.

People who can be recognised appear only with their consent. For a planned shoot we ask in writing beforehand. At events, a notice at the entrance tells you that pictures are made. If you prefer to stay out of the picture, tell us or take a coloured dot at the entrance. The people taking pictures know the rule.

In rituals, meditation and circles we record only before they begin and after they end.

Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, informally by email to [email protected]. We then remove the pictures from our own channels. Material that has already been printed or shared by others cannot be recalled.

People photographed in a shoot receive their pictures as agreed beforehand. Publication needs a written consent.
