The invitation
Maybe you are in the middle of a transition: a relationship, a city, an identity, a season, a career, an old version of yourself. Or all of it at once.
This evening is an invitation to let your hands take over: painting, drawing, writing, poetry. Everyone is welcome, whatever your experience.
The table
We gather around a table with ceremonial cacao infused with Sicilian lavender and sage, hand gathered on Mount Etna. A guided meditation and gentle breathwork invite us into the space before the hands take over.
Together we weave something tangible from the weight we carry, leaving with a piece of art and with a different relationship to what brought us there.
How it runs
Cacao and meditation
Ceremonial cacao and a guided meditation with breathwork, to settle into the body.
Open creative expression
Roughly an hour of painting, drawing or writing, whatever wants to move through your hands.
